Lean Workshop

What it is

A classroom session part of a day course, hands on activity during which basic principles of workshop lean management and team building skills are imparted and IS delivered on site or in evening classes.

This presentation and workshop looks at the lean concepts, not from a total  theoretical viewpoint, But from a hands-on shop floor level that can relate to anyone.

Why doing the Workshop?

  • The workshop teaches lean concepts, using a hands-on exercise suitable for shop floor personnel and management team.

  • Participants learn to add value by simplifying processes, enabling work to flow efficiently, eliminating waste and improving Quality and Safety

  •  To reinforce team building and problem solving  techniques.

"At the end of the exercise, the students have a very good understanding of the concepts. They could not obtain this level of understanding by simply “reading about” or “being lectured to” about the topic."
